Returns Policy

We accept returns on a case-by-case basis if you receive an item(s) that you did not order. You will have 2 days from the time of arrival to contact gamersrevelationtcg@gmail.com. Once we can verify the goods are not what you ordered, you may return the item(s) in the same condition they were received. When Gamers Revelation has received the returned item(s), either replacement items will be sent to you or if a replacement can not be supplied, a full refund including any shipping costs will be issued.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
 
 
Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer a few shipping options for our New Zealand customers. 

  • South Island Courier (TRACKED) (No P.O Boxes) - $8
  • South Island Rural (TRACKED) - $16
  • North Island Courier (TRACKED) (NO P.O Boxes) - $11
  • North Island Rural (TRACKED) - $19

 

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 141 Dee Street, Invercargill. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up straight away.
 
Our in-store pickup hours are Wed-Fri 6pm to 9pm and sat- sun 11am to 5pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
 
 
How do I check the status of my order?
 
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days, please contact us at gamersrevelationtcg@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
